1. Compatibility Responsibility

We strongly recommend confirming your laptop model and part number before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact us — we are happy to assist.

2. Returns for Incorrect or Unwanted Items

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • No physical damage or installation marks
  • All labels and protective films must be intact

A handling/restocking fee of up to 15% may apply where applicable.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable:

  • Provide a replacement
  • Arrange a repair
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not available

4. Warranty

All products include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Physical damage or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after inspection of returned goods.
